KTJ Moot

KTJ hosted the second annual Oxbridge & KTJ Moot for the Dato' Bill Davidson Trophy. We welcomed BISKL, Epsom and Garden International School for two rounds of moots where the teams acted as Claimants and Respondents in a multi jurisdiction commercial arbitration case. Thank you to the mentors, all practising or ex lawyers, who worked with the teams for six weeks before the moots. Thanks also go to our judges, two senior barristers in Malaysia and four legal laymen who are prominent in their own special fields, who presided over the cases and provided incredibly useful and insightful comments to the participants. Well done to GIS for carrying away the first place trophy this year. We hope to see everyone back at KTJ next year!
